With a feminine face fallen from grace, it's only appropriate that Anushka Sharma features in the cover of this month's edition of Verve. Bollywood now has its eyes peeled and its ears perked up as Anushka gears up to seduce the industry with her amazing acting prowess.
Having been only 3 films old, this girl has made quite an impressive mark in the "movie scene". The interview with the model turned actress has her opening up about her flying start, the media, getting a foothold in the industry and her love for traveling. Speaking about her voyage so far Anushka says "Nelson Mandela once said your journey continues as long as you live. I don't want to be acting all my life. After a point I want to completely cut off from it and lead a normal life." Anushka also speaks on the pitfalls of taking things too seriously; she says, "The bad side of the industry is that sometimes you start to take things and yourself too seriously. You get lost. But when you step out you realize it's not real, it's temporary."
Anushka also speaks about her next film Ladies V/S Ricky Bahl, her platonic friendship with Ranveer and her experiences in the Indian film industry.
