You might have heard in the past that former Miss Universe and actress Sushmita Sen and director Mudassar Aziz are together. Also that Sush took Mudassar to her home. But now there is new buzz in the industry that their relationship is over.
Comenting on what went wrong between the two. One source revealed, “While Mudassar had a soft corner for Sushmita, she only considered him a friend. Initially, the two shared a good rapport and Sushmita could understand Mudassar’s feelings when they started working together for Dulha Mil Gaya. For her, his feelings were what a first time director usually feels for his lead actress. But when reports linking the two started doing the rounds with alarming regularity, Sushmita began wondering who was responsible for leaking the stories to the media.”
Later Sushmita get furious when she came to know that it’s Mudassar who was leaking the stories in media.
“When Sushmita learnt that Mudassar was leaking out stories to the press about their alleged affair, she decided to keep her distance from him. What irritated her further was that he openly voiced his fascination for her. However, they are not on talking terms any longer,” the source added.
Also the much talked film Dulha Mil Gaya starring Sushmita Sen and Shah Rukh Khan and being directed by Mudassar Aziz has delayed due to some reasons and that may have also affected their relation.
The source later added, “There’s nothing happening on the Dulha Mil Gaya front. With no shooting taking place, the Sushmita-Mudassar relationship has only soured further. The film has been in the making for three years now and is showing no sign of completion. This has further dashed Mudassar’s hope of having any kind of interaction with Sushmita.”
When contacted to Mudassar, he didn’t say anything directly but said, “Somebody’s imagination is working overtime due to lack of work in times of recession. God bless them.”

Urmila Matondkar has never been more glamorously inclined. For the role of the high-flying super-socialite in the new remake of the 1980 blockbuster Karz, Urmila is going to be more glam-driven than for any other part that she has ever played.Urmila's favourite costume designer Manish Malhotra is working on her clothes which will reflect the character's diva-like splendour.A budget of several crores have beeen set aside for Urmila's clothes.
Says Urmila, "She'll basically be an ageless diva. A very stylish and super-exclusive heiress and her clothes and demeanour would reflect a kind of inherent glamour."
Manish Malhotra has been asked to design some of the most elaborate and expensive clothes ever worn by an actress for any part. "Manish and I have collaborated on numerous films. But this one will be something else," laughs Urmila.
The character's clothes, hairstyle amd lifestyle all seem to indicate a royal status. And indeed the character's inherent aristocracy is inspired by none other than Gayatri Devi.
Reveals the director Satish Kaushik, "Urmila in Karz will be the epitome of glamorous high-flying existence.
She's a 50-plus woman who lives in isolated splendour in a castle, wears the most stunning clothes and lives life queen-size.
She'll be riding horses, flying planes and gambling the night away in casinos and living the high life at the highest level."
It'd apparently be the most lavishly done-up female character ever in a Hindi film.
"We're certainly aiming at that. And Urmila has the correct body language to carry off the role of the queen-like socialite who also sings and shakes a leg in two songs with Himesh Reshammiya.
This character will be completely different, far more sensuous and glamorous, than what she was in Subhash Ghai's Karz," promises Kaushik.
What about the original Kamini, Simi Garewal's comment that Sushmita Sen and not Urmila was suited to do the remake?
Satish laughs, "Simiji is entitled to her opinion. But Sushmita would've been too imposing and intimidating.We wanted someone who can be a socialite and a dancer, someone to match steps and body language with Himesh."

The 33-year-old wore a charcoal grey silk dress with a deep surplice V neckline, cap sleeves and a broad banded empire waist with a black satin sash tied in a side bow on the waist… to give a slimming effect!
Her gorgeous glossy layered hair colored dark brown were set in dual style, ironed straight on the top and large soft ringlets at the bottom.

The entire film has been shot in Ladakh. The story revolves around a monk Tashi who gets attracted to a beautiful woman Pema after he comes out of a three year solitary meditation. He quits the monastic life and experiences the entire Samsara cycle.
Samsara has won 30 international awards and released on DVD in 60 countries.
