Max Retail -- the largest value fashion chain in Middle East from Landmark Group (Dubai) -- launched its second store in Bhayander amidst great pomp and glory. Bollywood starlet Riya Sen and television actor Rohit Roy who was among those present at the launch added zing to the celebrations.
