March 19, 2008 (Celebmagic.blogspot.com) - It's been a while since we saw Karisma Kapoor in a film but she has been visible at events, enjoying photo ops in preparation for her return to the movies. The 32-year-old mother attended India's first night polo match at the Mahalaxmi Race Course, Mumbai, Tuesday, March 18.

The game was followed by a live fashion show to make the event more festive but Karisma did not stay back for that.

Karisma was dressed in a white collar top with raglan sleeves, dark blue boot leg jeans, a black patent leather wide belt and trendy peep toe shoes with platform soles.

She wore a necklace with chunky colorful beads, solitaire diamond earrings and studded bangles in the right hand.

Karisma seems to share her love for Topaz and Pearl with sister Kareena. Her hands were adorned with a pearl ring in her little finger, a yellow topaz ring on the index finger and a diamond ring each on the ring fingers of both hands.

She has the 'cream and peaches' complexion and light eyes of the Kapoors but unlike other family members, she does not seem to have a weight issue.

The svelte actress recently replaced Bipasha Basu as brand ambassador for a jewelry brand because the business owners felt her fairer complexion and conservative image would go better with their patrons.

Karisma is making a comeback to films with the Hindi remake of a Tamil film, June R, by South director Revathi Varma.

The film which explores a mother daughter relationship will likely include Shabana Azmi or Rekha.
